Failure to attend the appointment or notifying us less than 3 days in advance will render your coupon invalid. Refunds cannot be issued for previously scheduled appointments.

IrisAI.Art reserves the right to postpone an appointment once in cases such as the photographer’s illness, defects in photography equipment, or delivery issues. If we are unable to attend your new appointment, you may request a refund for your payment.
