We capture a high-quality photo of your iris, either from your left or right eye, using the IrisAI.Art photo booth. Our advanced technology ensures that even the finest details of your iris are preserved.
Can I Approve My Photo After the Shoot?
Yes! Within 2–3 days after the shoot, you’ll receive an approval email. If you’re happy with the photo, we proceed to print it and deliver it to your address.
How Long Does the Shooting Process Take?
The photo shoot itself takes just a few minutes per person. Afterward, our graphic team begins editing the photo using specialized software, a process that takes 2–3 days.
Can I Preview the Photos Before Printing?
Absolutely! Once the editing process is complete, we’ll send you an approval email with the final design. You’ll have the option to approve it or request changes. Printing begins only after your full satisfaction is confirmed.
What Are the Printing Options?
You can choose from the following materials:

Does Eye Color Matter?
Not at all! Eyes are even more unique than fingerprints, making every iris special. Our advanced technology captures the intricate details of all eye colors beautifully.

What Is the Minimum Age Requirement?
We recommend iris photography for children aged 3 and above.
Do I Need to Remove My Contact Lenses?
Soft contact lenses are fine for the shoot. However, hard lenses should be removed before the session.
How Do You Store Photos?
Data security is our top priority. Photos are stored for up to 5 years in case you wish to place another order. If you prefer, we can delete your photos upon request. All photos are securely encrypted and linked to your personal information.

How to Make Invoice and Approval Procedures?
After completing your order, a confirmation and invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. In this email you can see the details of your order and your payment information. In case of any problems, you can contact our customer service.

What Should I Do If the Product Is Damaged During Shipping?
Before accepting the delivery, check the product for damage. If there are any issues, have the courier prepare a damage report. A new product will be sent to you free of charge.
