Service and Reservations
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Exceptions may be made in cases of national lockdowns or through prior consultation. To extend your voucher, please contact us in advance. Vouchers, gift cards, and special offers are transferable, but vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

The date and time of your photography session are subject to availability. For any inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team.

Contract Formation
The display of services and products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Purchase" button at the final step of the order process, you make a binding offer to purchase the services and products listed in your order summary.

Shortly after submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order and providing an overview. This email does not constitute a purchase agreement; it merely confirms that your order has been received. A contract is deemed established once we accept your order through a separate order confirmation email.

Photo Retouching and Delivery
All photos include basic retouching. Additional retouching, including adding dates or names, is subject to an additional charge. Digital images are provided as high-resolution JPEG and TIFF files.

We aim to deliver all print and finishing orders within 10-14 business days. If there are any delays with your order, please contact us via email at info@irisai.art.

Due to the delicate nature of digital technology, we will take every measure to store and protect your photos. Unless objected to, your photos will be stored for up to 5 years from the date of capture and can be reordered during this period. If you prefer your photos to be deleted after the session, please email us at info@irisai.art.

Complaints
We take complaints about our company, staff, and service levels very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow our official complaint procedure. All complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@irisai.art. IrisAI.Art will respond to all complaints within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

To assist us in addressing your complaint effectively, please:

  • Provide a clear and detailed explanation of your complaint.
  • Attach copies of all relevant documents related to the complaint.
  • Include your name and the date of your photography session.
  • Provide your email address for us to respond promptly.
