Your products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. We aim to deliver all print and post-processing orders within 10-14 business days. If there are any delays with your order, please feel free to contact us via email at info@irisai.art.
Returns and Cancellations
Once you place your order, we begin production immediately to create your custom product. Due to the significant time and effort involved in processing and producing your artwork, we cannot offer refunds after an order is placed.
However, if there are defects in the photographic equipment or issues during delivery, you are eligible to request a refund.
