How does the system work?

How Do We Attract the Iris of Your Eye?
Firstly, you take a high-quality photograph of your left or right eye at a location of your choice. Our IrisAI.Art photo stand can capture even the finest details of your iris.
Can I Give Approval After Shooting?
You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 days after the photo shoot. If you are satisfied with the photo, we will print it and send it to your address.
How Long Does the Shooting Process Take?
The photo shoot takes only a few minutes per person. Our graphics team immediately starts editing the photos thanks to our special software. This process takes 2 to 3 days.
Can I see the photos in advance?
Absolutely! Once the editing of the photos is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. In this email, there is a confirmation link if you are satisfied with the design. You also have the chance to request an edit. After 100% satisfaction is achieved, we proceed to printing.
What are your printing options?
You can choose from the following materials: -Acrylic Glass -Canvas -25mm Thick Photo Block
Is Eye Colour Important?
Eyes are even more unique than fingerprints, that's why they are so special! Eye colour doesn't matter, because thanks to our advanced technology we can capture all the details of all eye colours.
Can I have more than one iris in a photo?
Yes, it is possible! You can choose one of the following options in our online store: -Harmony -Couple -Love -Family
What is the Minimum Age?
For children 3 years and older, we recommend iris photography.
Should I remove my contact lenses?
You can take photos with soft contact lenses without any problems. Hard lenses should be removed during the photo shoot.
How do you store the photos?
Data security is our top priority. We keep the photos for a maximum of 5 years in case you want to place another order. If you do not want the photos to be saved, they can be deleted. Photos and contact information are stored by encrypted matching.
