Service and Reservation

Coupons are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Exceptions can be made in the case of a national quarantine or through prior consultation. You must contact us in advance to extend your coupon. Coupons, gift cards, and special offers are transferable, but the coupon you purchased cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or offer. The dates and times of your photo session are subject to availability. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Contract Signing

The presentation of services and products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Purchase" button in the final step of the order process, you make a binding offer to purchase the services and products presented in the order overview. Shortly after you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email does not constitute a purchase contract; it is only a message confirming the receipt and scope of your order. A contract is concluded between you and us when we accept your order with a separate order confirmation email.

Please regularly check your email spam folder. All our photos come with basic retouching. Additional retouching, date, and name additions are subject to a fee. All digital images are provided as high-resolution JPEG and TIFF files.

We aim to deliver all print and finishing orders within 10-14 business days. If there is any delay in your order, please contact us via email at info@irisai.art.

Given the delicate nature of digital technology, we will do our best to store and preserve the photos you ordered. However, unless you object, your photos will be stored for 5 years from the date of the shoot and can be reordered. If you want your photos deleted after they are taken, please contact us at info@irisai.art.

Complaints

We take complaints about our company, staff, and service level very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow our formal complaints procedure. All complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@irisai.art. IrisAI.Art will respond to all complaints within 5 business days and will work to resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Clearly and detailedly explain what your complaint is about.
  • Attach copies of all documents related to the complaint.
  • Include your name and the date of the photo shoot.
  • Include your email address so we can respond to you.
