Return and Cancellation Policy
If a coupon is purchased under a special promotion, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation. IrisAI.Art reserves the right to reschedule the appointment once in cases of photographer illness, defects in photographic equipment, or issues with delivery. If we cannot attend the rescheduled appointment, you may request a refund.
Returns
If there is a defect in the goods delivered by us, damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the goods. You have the right to request new goods under legal provisions. All returns will be processed within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's individual choice or decision, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. The return of goods specifically produced for you or clearly personalized is not possible. These products are outside the scope of exchange and return as they are made specifically for you. Each purchase is final upon completion, and the customer is obligated to pay the purchase price.
