Return and Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your photo appointment, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. If the reservation is not used or notification is given less than 3 days in advance, your coupon will be invalid. Refunds cannot be requested for a previously scheduled appointment.If the coupon is purchased under a special promotion, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation. IrisAI.Art reserves the right to reschedule the appointment once in cases such as the photographer's illness, defects in photography equipment, or issues in delivery. If we are unable to attend your new appointment, you can request a refund of your payment.
Returns
If there are defects in the goods delivered by us, the damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods. You have the right to request new goods under legal provisions. All returns are processed within 14 days.The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Returns of goods that are specially produced or clearly personalized for the consumer are not possible. These products are not eligible for exchange or return as they are made specifically for you.
